SongFlowAI is a mobile application available on iOS and Android that uses artificial intelligence to generate personalized music playlists based on user-provided artist preferences. The Service integrates with Apple Music and Spotify to create playlists in users' libraries.
You must be at least 13 years old to use this Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.
If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent's or guardian's permission to use the Service.

We are not responsible for music service subscription costs or availability. Apple Music and Spotify are separate services provided by Apple Inc. and Spotify AB, respectively, each subject to their own terms and conditions.
Your device is automatically registered when you first use the App. This creates a unique identifier used to manage your credits and purchases.

We cannot process refunds directly. Credits that have been used cannot be refunded.
The Service, including its design, code, algorithms, and AI models, is owned by us and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You retain ownership of any playlists you create. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your requests to generate recommendations.
Playlist recommendations are generated by AI. While we strive for accuracy, we do not claim copyright over song selections or rationales.

We use Gemini's API for AI-powered recommendations. Your search queries are processed according to Gemini's terms and privacy policy.
We do not endorse any artists, songs, or content recommended by the AI. Recommendations are generated algorithmically based on musical similarity.
The Service is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or other intangibles.
